FGF’s seasoned staff of operations managers, event captains, bartenders, servers, and chef attendants have been dedicated employees from 8 to 25 years of service, and are experts at ensuring that the service at your event is spectacular. They take pride in creating food that is artfully prepared and dramatically presented.

FGF is Kosher Certified and can also accommodate other dietary restrictions such as Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Lactose-Free, and customize menus to fit your dietary needs.
